Description

This class is designed  to get kids excited about organic gardening. We will introduce permaculture concepts and practices to foster knowledge of ecologically sustainable living.

Biography

Nathan’s knowledge of natural remedies and healthy living has led him to a love for organic gardening and growing food. He has extensive experience building and maintaining healthy organic gardens both at home and professionally. He has implemented and instructed Montessori school garden programs for elementary and middle school students. Nathan has developed a passion for teaching children and adults about the importance of healthy food, grown organically without chemicals and pesticides. He shares his enthusiasm for permaculture philosophies and practices, and is an ally for indigenous food sovereignty.
